After all our mothers have enjoyed the Mother's Day, let's make our fathers out there be the next star. By June 20th, we will be celebrating the Father's Day. Though it's not for me, I have also some reasons to celebrate that occasion. Look what I have got here. After I have released my Mother's Day Special Kit "Made For Her". I started working for this Father's Day Special Kit which I called obviously as "Made For Him". I got the color swatch for this kit from colors of the necktie collection of my husband, Gerry. I put them altogether and came up with this:

 

So, what do you think?  I enjoyed working on this kit. I spent much time and I had sleepless nights  completing for this special one but it's all worth after seeing it came out so perfectly in my eyes. I love the masculine colors which are so fit for our dads and grandpas. All the elements of more than 60pcs are useful and perfectly blended with the papers. Speaking of the papers, this kit consists of 14 textured papers (8 patterned and 6 solid).

 

Let's see now what I have got for quickpages. I made a set of quickpages with enough space for your own journals, story, text, or additional photos. You will enjoy these quickpages for these are more flexible than my previous quickpages. They are 6 12"x12" and all are saved as png.



I am not yet through. I also include this  set of metallic alpha in the full size kit. But you can also purchase this separately if you want only the alpha. I want to thank Atomic Cupcake for this wonderful action. This set of alpha is both available in separate letter and single sheet for your convenience. All are saved as png. Drop shadows are not included, just for preview only.



So this time I want to show you my own created layouts from my quickpages with my own journals and photo story. The fathers I have featured in these layouts are Gerry (my husband), Francis (my brother), and Rex (my Taiwanese officemate). These layouts can also be viewed in larger image in my Gallery page.



And for freebie, I made this frame with the embossed labels containing the lyrics from the song "Father and Son". These labels and wrap frame are both available in the full size kit.
